March 7, 1950 - October 29, 2024
Sharon K. Brewster, 74-year-old Salina resident, passed away late Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at her home, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on March 7, 1950, in Los Angeles, California to Jack and Louise (Watley) Jenkins. Sharon lived in Haskell County and Muskogee growing up, and graduated from the Muskogee High School in 1968. She married the love of her life, Robert LeVoy Brewster on May 10, 1974, in Pryor. Robert was in the oil/gas industry and they lived and worked in Alaska for many years, until they retired back in Mayes County. Sharon loved to crochet, read books, going fishing with her husband, gardening, and especially spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Robert LeVoy Brewster in 2016.
The family includes her children, Kevin Brewster and wife Cathy of Schoolcraft, MI, Jolene Hoppe and husband (Drew) of Granbury, TX, Jesica Scarff of Mattawan, MI, grandchildren, Shelly Hoppe, Morgan Hoppe, Alek Scarff, Troy Scarff, Sawyer Brewster, Parker Brewster, and one sister, Jean Wilbourn of Fort Gibson.
A private interment will be held at the Ross-Mayes Cemetery in Salina. The family prefers memorials be made to Children's International.
