Phyllis Dorene Bahe
July 10, 1946 - April 15, 2023

Phyllis Dorene Bahe, 76, longtime resident of Locust Grove, passed away Saturday evening at a local hospital. Phyllis was born on July 10, 1946 in Tahlequah to Joe and Annie (Leech) Blossom and was a graduate of Sequoyah High School, Tahlequah.

Phyllis met Archie Bahe in Tulsa and on May 25, 1966 they were married. After moving to Owasso, they finally made their home in Locust Grove a few years later. She worked as a surgical technician in the St. John's Hospital and was a member of the Little Rock Indian Baptist Church in Locust Grove.

Phyllis is survived by her husband, Archie of the home in Locust Grove; Daughters, Tonia and her husband Kevin Kendall of Foyil, OK, and Tanya and her husband Patrick Prior of Locust Grove; her son, Tony Bahe of Locust Grove; Grandchildren, Jay, Katelynn, Kelsey, Jacob, Franchesca, Tony Eugene, Thomas, Kailey, Amber, Megan, and Candy; 19 Great grandchildren; three sisters, Arletta Vann, Helen Willis, Norma Weeks; two brothers, Willie and Ricky Blossom. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Barbara McCall, Mary Sue Booker, Francis Tibbits, and Marilyn "Kay" Blossom; brothers, Joe "Jumba" Blossom, and Allen Wayne "Etcha" Blossom.

Visitation for Phyllis will be on Thursday, April 20, 2023, from 5:00pm to 8:00pm in the Stephens-Key Funeral and Cremation Care Center at 1525 NE 1st, Pryor. Funeral services will be on Friday, April 21, 2023 at 2:00pm, Little Rock Indian Baptist Church, Locust Grove with Bro. D.J. McCarter and Tyler Teague officiating. Her final resting place will be in the Little Rock Indian Cemetery, Locust Grove. Casket Bearers will be Jay Omar, Jacob Kendall, Patrick Prior, Brandon Brown, Joe McCall, and Kevin Lane.
