Judy Lynn Danderson, 69-year-old Pryor resident, passed away on Thursday, September 19, 2024, at the Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa. She was born on October 21, 1954, in Tulsa, to Albert Franklin Danderson and Ines Cliptoy (Stanford) Danderson. Judy owned and operated her own restaurants for several years. She enjoyed singing, reading her bible, horseback riding, going to the casino, spending time with her grandchildren and family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a granddaughter, Bianca Ambriz, siblings, Arnold Danderson, Mary Sales, Bobby Danderson, Louise Hamill, Billy Danderson, and Joyce Nelson.
The family includes her children, Alicia Ambriz of Porter, James Barnes, Jr. of Salina, Jason Danderson of Lawton, Woody Danderson of Tulsa, William Danderson of Catoosa, and Jessica Danderson of Tulsa, eighteen grandchildren, and numerous other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, at the Stephens-Key Funeral Home in Pryor.
The celebration of life will be held on Thursday, September 26, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at the Stephens-Key Chapel in Pryor with Brother Ron Curtis officiating. Interment will follow at the Hogan Cemetery at Locust Grove. Online condolences may be made at www.stephens-key.com or on the funeral home Facebook page.
