Martiniano Salinas Diaz, 83 of Madill, Oklahoma passed away Monday, June 12, 2023, at the Oklahoma Heart Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. 

He was born on June 3, 1940, in Mezquital Durango, Mexico to the late Francisco Salinas and Maria Diaz Salinas. Martiniano was raised in Mezquital where he married Nicolasa Salinas Deras on May 28, 1961.  In 1991 they moved to Abilene, Texas and later in 1996 they moved to their forever home in Madill.  Martiniano worked at Elliot Homes as a painter.  He attended the Holy Cross Catholic Church in Madill, and he enjoyed anything outside. He enjoyed working in his garden, riding horseback, charreria, swimming and hiking but his greatest love was being with and caring for his family. 

He is survived by Wife: Nicolasa Salina Deras, Madill, Oklahoma. Children: Manuel Salinas, Jesus Salinas, Arnulfo Salinas, Enrique Salinas, Maria Calvo, Enriqueta Gallegos and Yolanda Flores. 23 Grandchildren: Neftaly, Isbek, Karina, Jesse, Arnoldo, Ariana, Gael, Aranza, Alex, Jonathon, Lisett, Edgar, Itzel, Yamilet, Saul, Samanta, Gilberto Jr., Cristian, Diego, Noemy, Alex, Alan, Daisy. 17 Great grandchildren.

Casket Bearers: Alex Calvo, Jesse Salinas, Isbek Salinas, Jonathan Calvo, Gilberto Jr. Gallegos, Edgar Salinas, Arnoldo Salinas, Cristian Gallegos, Saul Salinas, Alex Flores, and Gael Salinas.

Honorary Bearers: Diego Gallegos and Alan Flores.
