Martha Fay Davis, 70, of Madill, Oklahoma passed away on Friday, May 26, 2023, at her home in Madill. 

Martha was born on February 18, 1953, in Tishomingo, Oklahoma to the late Lawerence Esaw Cheadle and Rachel Mae Gordon Cheadle.  She was raised in Tishomingo where she graduated high school and later attended 2 years at Murray State College.  Martha married Bobby Leroy Davis on November 3, 1969, in Tishomingo.  Over the years she worked in the cafeteria and drove a school bus at Madill public schools, Inca and at Unroyal.  Martha was a member of the First Baptist Church in Tishomingo, and she enjoyed cooking, fishing, camping and dancing.  Her greatest joy was taking care of and being with her family.

Martha is survived by Husband: Bobby Leroy Davis, Madill, Oklahoma. Children: Bobby L. Davis Jr., and wife Megan, Tishomingo, Oklahoma; Belinda E. Geter and husband Jamar, Madill, Oklahoma; Bridget V. Davis, Edmond, Oklahoma and Rebecca Carter, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. 15 Grandchildren: Bobbi Seals Shannon, Lacey Dickerson, Ryan Orr, Jamar Geter, Jamarcus Vaughn, Jaela Vaughn, Marguon Davis, Mahlik Davis, Thomas Thompson, Ahmod Franklin, Vincent Carter Jr,. Alonzo Carter, Bobby Tyson and Bradley Davis. 14 Great Grandchildren. Sisters: Clarice, Opal Gray, Carolyn Webb. Brothers: Paul Cheadle, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Alfred Cheadle, Tishomingo, Oklahoma.

Martha was preceded in death by her parents, son: Bradly Davis, granddaughter: McKenzie Hughes Davis, brothers; Nathan Cheadle, Melvin Cheadle, sisters; Ivory Rice, Annette Linzy, Matilda Woodley, Nancey Little, and Thelma Cheadle. 

Casket Bearers: Bobby L. Davis Jr., Jamar Geter, Bill Perry, Randy Morris, Ryan Orr, Mahlik Davis.Honorary Bearers: David Davis, Robert Davis, Tim Davis, Franklin Davis.
