Patsy Ruth Parrish, 81, of Powell, Oklahoma passed away on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at the Family Care Center in Kingston. 

She was born on December 16, 1941, in Enville, Oklahoma to the late Ted Theodore Muncrief and Lillian Emily Klein Muncrief.  Patsy was raised in Lebanon where she attended school and later graduated from Madill High School in 1959.  She married Wendyl W. Parrish on March 12, 1960, in Lebanon. Over the years Patsy worked as a secretary for Tommy Shaw, Donnie Welch, Joe Minter, Lynn Ables and Donna Rogers. In 1974 she started to work for Little Law Office and retired in 2010.  Patsy was a member of the Powell Church of Christ, and she enjoyed quilting, going to the casinos, working in the garden, and canning.  Most of all she loved her family and spending time with her grand and great grandkids.   
 

She is survived by husband: Wendyl Parrish, Powell, Oklahoma. Children Alan Parrish and wife Lynise, Powell, Oklahoma, Debbie Walston and husband Darrell, Marietta, Oklahoma. Grandchildren Ashley Slaton and husband Kenneth, Mangum, Oklahoma, Laura Beth Niblett and husband Tillman, Powell, Oklahoma,  Austin Reimer and wife Amanda, Madill, Oklahoma, Landyn Parish and wife Kolbi, Powell, Oklahoma. Great Grandchildren Kelli Slaton, Paisley Macon, Sam Slaton, Sawyer Macon, Anson Reimer and Baylor Wheat. Sister: Sandra Richardson and husband Harry, Madill, Oklahoma.
 
Patsy was preceded in death by her parents, son; Ronald Paul Parrish, great granddaughter; Abilene Reimer, brother; Ronnie Muncrief and sister; Barbara Thompson.
 
Casket Bearers: Landyn Parrish, Austin Reimer, Tillman Niblett, Kenneth Slaton, Wiley Macon, Brian Muncrief, Brian Parrish.
Honorary Bearers: Ray Morris, Cecil Miller, Sam Goodwin, Bill Weatherbee, Sam Huffman, Dan Little.
