Graveside services for Nettie Buchanan were Saturday at 1:00 p.m. in the Powell Cemetery.

Mrs. Buchanan was born March 23, 1910, in Stuart and died January 19, 2000.  She married Carl Buchanan November 7, 1924.

Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law, Elmer & Claudene Buchanan, Bob & Serita Buchanan and Glendon & Donna Buchanan; three daughters and sons-in-law, Shirley Graves, Jannett & Charles Roberts and Vickie Buchanan & Ernest Sanchez, Jr.; 17 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and four-great-great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Buchanan was preceded in death by her husband; two sons, Glen and Carl Jr.: and daughter, Della Faye. 

Services were under the direction of Mt. Olivet Funeral Home, Fort Worth, Texas. 

Serving as pallbearers were grandchildren.
