Ray was born February 10, 1923 in Lane to Alfred and Ollie Wilson . Ray attended school in Atoka. He married Wanda McAdams August 27, 1971, in Wicks, Arkansas. Ray was a Pentecostal Evangelist and his hobby was the ministry.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred and Ollie Wilson ; daughter, Judy Rozelle Johnson; and brothers, Dempsey Wilson and Haywood Wilson.
Survivors include his wife, Wanda Wilson , of the home; daughter Carla Carlock and husband Kevin of Calera; daughter, Judy Compton of Woodville; daughter, Sue Jenkins and husband Gerald of Woodville; daughter, Ivy Johns of Ft. Worth, Texas; daughter, Mary Wilson of Woodville; son, William Ray Wilson of Edmond; son Elmer Wilson of Edmond; 23 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; brother, Bob Wilson ; and a host of other relatives and friends.
He will be missed by all who knew him.
Family hour will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Interment will be at Kingston Cemetery with Roger Wilson , Sonny Wilson , Delbert Wilson , Raymond Wilson , Tom Wynn and Sammy McAdams serving as pallbearers.
