Violet Flynn, a resident of Kingston, Oklahoma, joined her beloved Lord, and Savior, in Madill, Oklahoma on Tuesday November 28, 2017, at the age of 76.
She was born on April 1, 1941 in Graysville, Missouri to Wilbert and Sarah (McGhy) Williams. Violet married her sweetheart Keith in Graysville, Missouri on November 16, 1956.
Violet dedicated 15 years of her life to lovingly caring for others as a Home Health Aide for Marshal County Home Health. She was a member of the Faith Harvest Church in Kingston, Oklahoma. Violet cherished her family and looked forward to any time they were able to spend together. She like to sew, work at church, mow her yard, and especially caring for her beautiful flower beds.
Mrs. Flynn is survived by her husband, Keith Flynn of the home; daughters, Sharon Boswell and husband Daniel of Kingston, Oklahoma, and Sandy Montes and husband Troy of Kingston, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Candy Phillips and Fiancé Steve Wingfield of Bennington, Oklahoma, Shawn Summit of Kingston, Oklahoma, Ryan Summit of Calera, Oklahoma, Jamie Summit and wife Miranda of Durant, Oklahoma, T.J. Montes and wife Jennifer of Whitesboro, Texas, Trisha Montes of Kingston, Oklahma, Shawna Blackwell and husband Trey of Madill, Oklahoma, Autumn Donathon and husband Jeremiah of Kingston, Oklahoma; numerous great-grandchildren, with one great-great grandchild on the way; sisters, Anna Mae Partin and husband Bernie of Udell, Iowa, Nancy Fowler of Madill, Oklahoma, and Lesa Williams of Kirksville, Missouri; and one brother, Leon Williams of Marceline, Missouri.
Mrs. Flynn was preceded in death by her parents, Wilbert and Sarah (McGhy) Williams; son, Ronnie Lee Flynn; daughter, baby at birth; brothers, Clarence Williams, Leroy Williams, and Jimmy Williams.
Family hour will be from 7:00-8:00 PM on Friday December 1st at the Holmes~Coffey~Murray Funeral Home in Durant, Oklahoma.
A chapel service will be at 10:00 AM Saturday December 2nd at the Holmes~Coffey~Murray Chapel with Bro. Eddie Nabors officiating.
Burial will follow at the Kingston Cemetery in Kingston, Oklahoma her family will serve as pallbearers.
