She was born on February 10, 1956, in Dallas, Texas to
Perry Faulkner and Loreeta Rohrman. Raised in the McMillan, Oklahoma
area during her childhood, she later graduated from high school in
Dallas, Texas. Gloria married the love of life, Curtis, on June 13,
1972, and moved to Mesquite, Texas where they raised their sons,
Curt, and Clint. She worked in various healthcare settings
throughout the Dallas area before moving to Trophy Club in the
1990s. Her family describes Gloria as an adventurous and fun-loving
person who enjoyed water and snow skiing, as well as rock repelling,
scuba diving, and even a one-time skydiving trip. While everyone
knows her as a social butterfly and jokester, they also remember her
as a classy and elegant lady. Gloria considered her greatest
blessing to be her family, as she loved being a mother and
grandmother.
