Funeral service for Gary L. Wallace, 66, will be today, October 10, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at Followers of Christ Church in Ringwood with Brother Jim Wallace and Brother Clayton Wallace officiating. Burial will follow at Square Cedar Cemetery with arrangements by Lanman Funeral Home, Inc. of Helena. The casket will be open at the church before and after the service. Gary L. Wallace was born in Aline to Charles and Bessie Reese Wallace on July 7, 1939 and died at home on Friday, October 7, 2005. Gary was raised in Aline and continued to live in the area his entire life. He was a minister of the Followers of Christ Church. As a retired carpenter Gary continued to serve his church. He was a faithful man who loved his family. He married Karen K. Gleason on August 15, 1968 in Aline. Together, they have raised sixteen children.
He is survived by his wife, Karen of the home; nine sons, Samuel Wallace and wife, Susan and daughter, Tia of Wellston, Bradley Wallace and wife, Christy and daughters, Brittney and Kynsie and son, Avery of Aline, Blake Wallace and daughters, Kimbra and Kyla of Meno, Adam Wallace and wife, Sherri and sons, Cameron and Ethan and daughter, Ashlynn of Fairview, Curtis Wallace and wife, Samantha and daughters, Piper and Madison of Aline, Chad Wallace of Aline, Rowland Wallace of Stillwater, David Wallace of Aline and Mark Wallace of the home; seven daughters, Pamela Chapman and husband, Shane and sons, Lance and Tate and daughters, Amy and Cheyenne of Fort Hood, Texas, Ranetta Cunningham and husband, Mickey of Enid, Kimberly Fulford and daughter, Lindsey and son, Kobe of Delhi, Louisiana, Zandria Wallace of Oklahoma City, Charla Wallace, Monica Wallace and Anna-Marie Wallace of the home; two brothers, Jim Wallace of Aline and David Wallace of McLoud; one sister, Charlene Riggs of Enid as well as numerous nephews and nieces.
He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers.
The family requests that memorials be given to the funeral home in lieu of flowers to help defray costs of the service.

The Funeral for Karen Kay Wallace, 57, of Aline, will be 10 a.m. today, Nov. 18, 2008, at Followers of Christ Church, northwest of Ringwood. Clayton Wallace and Jim Wallace will officiate. Burial will be in Square Cedar Cemetery . Arrangements are by Lanman Funeral Home Inc., Helena.
She was born March 5, 1951, in Fairview to Edgar Lee and Saveria Susanna Guthrie Gleason and died Sunday, Nov. 16, 2008, at her home.
She was raised in Longdale.
She married Gary Wallace Aug. 15, 1968, and moved to Aline where she lived for 40 years. She was a homemaker.
Surviving are 16 children, Samuel Wallace of McCloud, Bradley Wallace of Aline, Blake Wallace of Ringwood, Pamela Chapman of Altus, Adam Wallace of Fairview, Ranetta Cunningham of Meno, Kimberly Fulford of Delhi, La., Curtis Wallace of Cleo Springs, Chad Wallace of Enid, Zandria Solmes of Oklahoma City, Rowland Wallace, David Wallace, Charla Wallace, Monica Wallace, Mark Wallace and Annamarie Wallace, all of Aline; three brothers, Tommy, Rocky and Alvin Gleason, all of Enid; and 21 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary, two brothers and one sister.
Memorials may be made to the funeral home in her memory.
