June 10, 1950 - August 5, 2020

Graveside service for Ronald Dean Melvin, 70, of Enid, will be Monday, August 10, 2020, at 10:00 am in Square Cedar Cemetery, near Cleo Springs with Brian Meyer officiating. Arrangements are by Anderson-Burris Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation with the family present will be Sunday from 4:00-6:00 pm at the funeral home.

Ronald was born on June 10, 1950, in Enid to William and Lois Beckner Melvin and died on August 5, 2020, in Enid. He graduated from Enid High School and was a truck driver for several businesses. He enjoyed playing golf, guitar, and tinkering in his shop.

Ronald was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Bill.

He is survived by his wife, Freddie Mae; sons and their wives, Lee and Tangy Melvin, Brandon and Julie Melvin; stepsons, Alvin and Fred Grantz; four grandchildren, and one great grandson; brother, Larry Melvin and sister, Anita Readnour; his fur babies, Cocoa, Buddy and Little Bit; other relatives and friends.
