Fairview – Services for Rubena Hein Eitzen, 80, will be held at 10 AM Monday at the Mennonite Brethren Church in Fairview with the Rev.'s Ernie Friesen and Garvie Schmidt officiating. Burial will follow in the South Mennonite Brethren Cemetery under the direction of the Fairview Funeral Home.
She was born in Major County August 9, 1903, the daughter of John J. And Susan Kliewer Hein.
Mrs. Eitzen married Abraham B. Eitzen October 19, 1922, at Fairview, where they lived most of their lives.
Mrs. Eitzen was a homemaker and a member of the Mennonite Brethren Church in Fairview.
She is survived by her husband Abraham of the home; four sons, Kenneth L. Eitzen, Owasso, Wesley R. Eitzen, Gene Eitzen, and Robert W. Eitzen, all of Fairview; a daughter, Mrs. Wesley (Mary Eloise) Braun, Topeka, Kansas; a sister, Mrs. David (Bessie) Martens, Fairview; 13 grandchildren and 14 great – grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and two sisters.
Memorials may be made to the Fairview Fellowship Home.
