Funeral services for Lottie Edna Burrell will be held 2 p.m. Monday June 7, 2010 at the Nichols Funeral Home with burial following in the Roscoe Cemetery under the direction of the Nichols Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Fairview.
Lottie Edna Davison Burrell was born on May 23, 1911, in Kelso, Washington to Eber and Cleora Gates Davison. She departed from this life on Friday June 4, 2010, at the Fairview Regional Medical Center.
Lottie grew up on a farm west of Fairview where she attended Red Top School and later Fairview School. The family moved to a farm near Ringwood prior to her senior year and she graduated from Ringwood High School where she was valedictorian of the Class of 1929.
On May 17, 1935 Lottie married Lawrence Burrell in Norwood, Colorado. They lived all their married life on a farm west of Fairview. Lawrence preceded her in death in 1995.
Lottie was a lifetime member of the Church of God (Seventh Day).
Lottie will be missed by her children Bryan and his wife Sue, David and his wife Cathy, Calvin and his wife Barbara and Mary Helen McClendon, ten grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, her brothers.
