When Daisy Belle Thomas was born on August 16, 1884, in Kansas, her father, Alvin, was 20 and her mother, Mary, was 17. She married Wilmer Oatley "Butch" Walton on January 12, 1905, in Garfield County, Oklahoma. She had four children by the time she was 23. She died in 1959 at the age of 75.
In 1900, Daisy Thomas was 16 years old and lived in Woods County, Oklahoma with her father, mother, brother, and 2 sisters. (Goldie, Virgil & Mabel).
Wilmer Oatley "Butch" Walton
12 Mar 1883 - 04 Jun 1939Wilmer Oatley "Butch" Walton was born on March 12, 1883, in Texas, the child of John and Elizabeth (McCatey) Walton. He married Daisy Belle Thomas on January 12, 1905, in Garfield County, Oklahoma. He had four children by the time he was 25. He died on June 4, 1939, in Enid, Oklahoma, at the age of 56, and was buried in Meno, Oklahoma.
In 1910, Butch Walton was 28 years old and lived in Cimarron City, Oklahoma with his wife, Daisy, 3 sons, and daughter.
In 1920, Butch Walton was 36 years old and lived in Lahoma, Oklahoma with his wife, Daisy, 3 sons, and daughter (Iva F, Wilmer A, Lee & Lem twins).
In 1930, Wilmer Walton was 48 years old and lived in Logan, Oklahoma with his wife, Daisy, son, and daughter. He died on June 4, 1939, in Enid, Oklahoma, at the age of 56, and was buried in Meno, Oklahoma.
