RINGWOOD — A celebration of life service for Conrad Dolan Rice, 20-year-old Ringwood resident, will be 10 a.m. Saturday, July 9, 2011, at First Assembly of God Church with Rev. Dan Barrick officiating. Visitation and viewing will be 5-7 p.m. today at Anderson - Burris Funeral Home. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Meno. Service is under the direction of Anderson - Burris Funeral Home & Crematory.

Conrad was born Nov. 9, 1990, in Enid, the son of Gary Wayne Rice and Susan Jeannette (Glaze) Rice and died Wednesday, July 6, 2011.

He graduated from Ringwood High School in 2009. He was very active in the high school scholastic and drama teams. He attended one year at Hawaii Pacific University, Honolulu, and last year at the University of Central Oklahoma, where he was majoring in English/creative writing.

Conrad has always been an inquisitive person, to a point where he was more interested in documentaries instead of cartoons.

He was interested in everything that had to do with nature. He had a wonderful network of friends on the internet.

There was nothing that Conrad enjoyed more than being able to play Xbox 360 with is dad.

He is survived by his parents, Gary and Susan Rice of Ringwood; one sister, Sherry Ellen Rice of Ringwood; maternal grandparents, John and Jean Glaze of Enid; and paternal grandparents, Cecil and Esther Rice of Meno.

Memorial contributions may be made to First Assembly of God Church.

Condolences may be made to the family online at www.andersonburris.com. (Submitted by family)
