Graveside services for Robert M Manning were at 11 am on January 8, 2001 at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Enid with the Rev. Ron Graber officiating. Services were under direction of Ladusau Evans Funeral Home of Enid.
Robert "Bob" M. Manning was born March 12, 1923, in Ringwood to Amos and Juanita Latimer Manning and died Jan. 6, 2001 in Enid at the age of 77.
He graduated from Ringwood High School.
He married Erma Jean Collins in 1946 and she preceded him in death in 1989. He married Betty LaCourse in 1990 in Enid.
Robert was a U.S. Army veteran, serving overseas in 1942. He worked in the oilfields.
He is survived by his wife, Betty, of the home; one son, two daughters, two stepsons, one stepdaughter, one sister, four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
In addition to his wife, Erma , he was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.
Memorials were suggested to the Hospice Circle of Love, in care of Ladusau- Evans Funeral Home in Enid.
