Funeral Services for Carol Louise Tucker, age 85, will be held at 10 A.M., October 1, 2025 at the Cedar Springs Church of the Nazarene. Arrangements are by Fairview Funeral Home, Inc.
Carol Tucker passed from this life peacefully on September 27th, 2025. Carol was born to LeeRoy and Katherine (Shellenberger) Pester on May 28, 1940. She was the youngest of five children. She married the love of her life, Dwain Tucker, on May 18, 1957. They went on to have four biological and three foster children, Mike Tucker, Glen Tucker, Teresa Deshazo, Mylinda Walker, Ricky Rankin, Loy Perry, Rhonda Hobbs and a bonus daughter Sharon Dyer. In her spare time, Carol loved to sew, crochet, bookkeeping, and spending time with all her family and friends. Her family was her pride and joy. She was also a huge fan of John Wayne, and loved her John Wayne movies. Carol was a loving and kind woman that was loved by her family and friends and will be truly missed.
She is survived by one daughter, Teresa Deshazo, six grandkids, Dustin Tucker, Lacey Jones, Heidi Cook, Mary Gallauher, Shannon Duggan, and Lisa Butcher. Carol is also survived by two sisters-in-law Ada Dow and Vada Miller, one brother-in-law Charlie Tucker, one daughter-in-law Dorothy Tucker as well as many other family and friends.
Carol was preceded in death by her husband Dwain Tucker, daughter Mylinda, two sons Mike and Glen, granddaughter Amy Tucker, parents LeeRoy and Katherine, three sisters and her brother.
Memorials may be made to OMRF, Dementia Division with Fairview Funeral Home acting as custodian.
