A graveside commital service for Isaac "Ike" Neufeld, 91, of Fairview, OK will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, December 12th, 2015 at the North Mennonite Brethren Cemetery under the direction of Pierce Funeral Home, Fairview. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. following the commital service at the Fairview Mennonite Brethren Church with Pastor Marlin Hiett officiating.
Ike was born on October 8, 1924 to Herman and Justina (Heinrichs) Neufeld south of Fairview at the home place. He departed this life on Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at Oklahoma City, OK.
He enjoyed everything about farming, and prided himeself as an agricultural engineer. When he wasn't farming he worked as a house mover, custom harvester, plumber, electrician and ran a dairy farm. He attended the Progressive School and South Mennonite Brethren Bible School both south of Fairview. Ike married Eva Leona Martens on November 11, 1945 at the South Mennonite Brethren Church with Pastor J.C. Graunau officiating.
Ike was preceded in death by his parents; daughter Linda Carol Neufeld; son Bruce Neufeld; sister Helen Epp, brother Marvin Neufeld, sister Alma Schroeder, brother Frank Nickel, sister Elereeca Toews and sister Norma Jean Boehr;. Survivors include his wife of 70 years, Eva of the home; two sons, Don Neufeld and Keith Neufeld and wife Vicky all of Fairview; one daughter Jean Neufeld and husband Rick Loving of Tucson, AZ; one brother, Dr. Orville Neufeld and wife Ida of Monument, CO; grandchildren include Tyler Neufeld, Logan Neufeld, Brooklyn Neufeld, Keeton Neufeld, Kale Neufeld and wife Kristan and Samantha Loving;one great-grand daughter Ellie Neufeld; The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. Friday evening.
Memorials may be made to the Gideons or the charity of donor's choice with the funeral home serving as custodian at P.O. Box 15, Fairview, OK 73737.

Eva Leona Martens was born to P.A. and Maria Karber Martens on a farm south of Fairview, Oklahoma, on May 29, 1926, and passed away at the age of 91 on Saturday October 7, 2017, at Fairview Regional Medical Hospital.
She attended the South Mennonite Brethren Church in her early years, and accepted Christ as her Savior as a young girl. Eva worked beside her husband Ike, milking cows, driving truck and tractor, and cooked meals for her family as well as the numerous hired hands during harvest and on custom harvest trips.
Eva was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Issac Neufeld; daughter, Linda Carol Neufeld; son, Bruce Neufeld; brothers, David Martens, Walter Martens, Peter Martens, Benjamin Martens, and Henry Martens; sister, Mary Esther Martens.
Survivors include two sons, Don Neufeld; and Keith Neufeld and wife Vicky; all of Fairview; one daughter, Jean Neufeld and husband Rickey Loving, of Tucson, Arizona; grandchildren include Tyler Neufeld, Logan Neufeld, Brooklyn Neufeld, Keeton Neufeld, Kale Neufeld and wife Kristan, and Samantha Loving; one great-granddaughter, Ellie Neufeld.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 11, 2017, at the Fairview Mennonite Brethren Church, with the Rev. Marlin Hiett officiating.
Interment will follow in the North M.B. Cemetery, under the direction of Pierce Funeral Home, Fairview, OK.
Memorial donations may be made to the Missionary Aviation Fellowship and/or the Gideons, with the funeral home serving as custodian at P.O. Box 15, Fairview, OK 73737.
