January 24, 1926 - December 11, 2012

Funeral service for Wanda Marrie Decker will be Saturday, Dec. 15, 2012, at 2 p.m. at New Hopedale Mennonite Church in Meno with the Rev. James Suderman officiating. Burial will follow at New Hopedale Mennonite Cemetery in Meno with arrangements by Lanman Funeral Home, Inc. of Helena. Viewing will be today from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. with the family present from 6 until 8 at the funeral home. Online condolences may be expressed at www.lanmanmemorials.com.

Wanda was born Jan. 24, 1926, in Medford to Henry H. Unruh and Martha Flaming Unruh and passed from this life on Dec. 11, 2012, in Enid. She married Kenneth Dwight Decker on April 4, 1949, at the Medford Mennonite Church. Wanda lived in the Meno area for 63 years. She was an active member of the New Hopedale Mennonite Church in Meno and with the Ladies Aide. She enjoyed quilting and making baby blankets for family and friends.

Those who preceded Wanda in death include her parents, Henry and Martha Unruh; two brothers, Elmer Unruh and Harvey Unruh; and great grandson, Jonathan Gabriel Hall. Survivors include her husband, Kenneth, of Meno; three children, Ralph Decker and wife, Vicki, of Shamrock, Texas, Peggy Kendrick and husband, Mark, of Amarillo, Texas, Patsy Broadway and husband, Charles, of Norman; grandchildren, Jay Dee Decker and wife, Kristen, Lacey Wade and husband, Ben, Andrea Hall and husband, Timothy, Rebekah Gray and husband, Rocky, Jacqueline Kendrick, Charles H. II and Victoria Broadway; nine great grandchildren, Cameron, Caden, Lydia, Benjamin, Isaac, Noah, Gwyndolyn, Jacob, Braxton and a new baby boy by the end of December 2012. Memorials may be given to the Ladies Aide through the funeral home. (Submitted by family)
