Celebration of life will be 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 4, 2011, at Ringwood Gymnasium. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery, Ringwood.
Leonard was born Sept. 19, 1952, to Harlan “Buck” and Evelyn Schwind Webber. He graduated from Ringwood High School in 1970. He graduated from Ringwood High School in 1970. Leonard married Sandra Allen March 6, 1971. He served with the National Guard from 1971 to 1975. Leonard did Construction work and was owner of Webber Construction. He also co-owned W&S Car Wash in Ringwood. Leonard belonged to Oklahoma State, Arkansas State and Arkansas Jamboree Fiddlers Association. He was a Cushman Scooter enthusiast and belonged to many Cushman clubs in Oklahoma and surrounding states. Leonard’s hobbies were Country and Western dancing, fishing and riding his Cushman scooters.
He is survived by his wife Sandra; sons, Chad of Ringwood and Devin and Leland of Ames; mother, Evelyn; brother, Harold; and sister, Trilla Patton, all of Ringwood.
Leonard was preceded in death by his father and grandparents.
