Glenwood Cemetery


The funeral for Jay Lynn Watkins, 58, formerly of Ringwood, will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 25, 2011, at Kiesau Memorial Chapel, Clinton. Burial to follow at 1 p.m. in Glenwood Cemetery, Ringwood.

He was born June 20, 1952, in Pampa, Texas, to Melvin Vernon and Lois Irene Foster Watkins and died Saturday, Jan. 22, 2011, in Oklahoma City.

Surviving are wife, Carol; daughters, Amy Blessington and husband Chris and Jodi Smith and husband Ty; sons, Vernon Watkins and wife Angie and Jeff Watkins and wife Shayla; nine grandchildren; and brother, Tod Watkins.

Preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
