Leona Lorane Posey, 84, Ringwood

Funeral will be Oct. 5 at 2 p.m. at the Ringwood Wesleyan Church with Rev. Dan Davis and Rev. David Lyons officiating. Burial will be at Glenwood Cemetery, south of Ringwood with arrangements by Lanman Funeral Home, Inc. of Helena. Condolences may be sent to the family online at www.lanmanfuneralhomes.com.

Survivors include one son, Tommy Smith and his wife, Mary Jane of Ringwood; two step-daughters, Jerry La Plant and husband, Virgil of Ephrata, Wash. and Joan Posey of Quinton; five step-sons, Dewayne Posey of Enid, Ralph Posey of Austin, Texas, Dennis Posey of Enid, Gary Posey of Waukomis, and Ronnie Posey of Enid; three sisters, Nellie Klein of Wichita, Kan., Bernice Koehn of Meno, Oklahoma, Betty French of Alex City, Ala.; three brothers, Gilmer Straw of Enid, Kenneth Straw of Oklahoma City, and Dale Straw of Wichita, Kan.; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews as well as other family members.

In addition to both husbands, Leona was also preceded in death by a step-son, Jim Smith.

Memorials may be made to Ringwood Wesleyan Church Building Fund through Lanman Funeral Home, Inc.
