The funeral for Clara May Farnsworth, 72, of Ringwood, will be 2 p.m.Thursday, Sept. 25, 2008, at Ringwood Wesleyan Church. The Rev. Dan Davis will officiate. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery south of Ringwood. Arrangements are by Lanman Funeral Home, Inc., Helena. Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday and after the service at the church.

She was born Sept. 2, 1936, in Taloga to Edgar Bryant and Clara Effie Hampton Shoopman and died Friday, Sept. 19, 2008, at her home.

She graduated from Taloga High School and later became a caretaker for Department of Human Services. She lived in Pond Creek several years, moving to Ringwood in 1994. She married Cletus Farnsworth Jan. 18, 1992.

Surviving are her husband, Cletus; three sisters, Olla, Myrtle and Ruth; and five grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one son, two brothers and one sister.

Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Ringwood Wesleyan Church.
