The funeral for Clara May Farnsworth, 72, of Ringwood, will be 2 p.m.Thursday, Sept. 25, 2008, at Ringwood Wesleyan Church. The Rev. Dan Davis will officiate. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery south of Ringwood. Arrangements are by Lanman Funeral Home, Inc., Helena. Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday and after the service at the church.
She was born Sept. 2, 1936, in Taloga to Edgar Bryant and Clara Effie Hampton Shoopman and died Friday, Sept. 19, 2008, at her home.
She graduated from Taloga High School and later became a caretaker for Department of Human Services. She lived in Pond Creek several years, moving to Ringwood in 1994. She married Cletus Farnsworth Jan. 18, 1992.
Surviving are her husband, Cletus; three sisters, Olla, Myrtle and Ruth; and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son, two brothers and one sister.
Memorials may be made through the funeral home to Ringwood Wesleyan Church.

Funeral services for Cletus J. Farnsworth, 72, were held Tuesday, January 5, 2010 at 2 p.m. at New Beginnings Wesleyan Fellowship in Ringwood with Dan Davis officiating. Burial followed at Glenwood Cemetery south of Ringwood.
Cletus was born to Mark A. Farnsworth and Erma L. Broomfield Farnsworth at their home near Ringwood and passed from this life at Highland Park Manor Nursing Center in Enid. He was a lifelong resident of the Ringwood area. Cletus operated heavy equipment in the oilfield. He was a member of New Beginnings Wesleyan Fellowship in Ringwood.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Clara; his parents and a step son.
Cletus is survived by his brother, L.D. Farnsworth and wife Leta; one daughter in law, Megan Beardsley; one grandson, Justin Beardsley; many cousins, nieces and nephews.
