Funeral services for Sherry Ann Wheeler, 41 of Fairview will be 10:30 A.M., Friday, May 21, 2021, in the Fairview High School Gym with reverend Derek Cox officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery. Arrangements by Fairview Funeral Home, Inc.

Sherry was born on may 30, 1979 in Enid, Oklahoma to Bernard Wheeler Sr. and Jane (Little) Wheeler and passed away May 15, 2021 at the OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City after her long battle with cancer.

Sherry grew up in Enid and attended school there. After school, she continued her education and trained as a CNA and worked or NORCE as a CNA / CMA for many years. After it closed, she worked at a few other places and then eight years ago she followed her brother and moved her family to Fairview, Oklahoma.

Sherry went to work for Pizza Hut and worked there until her health failed and she started her long battle with cancer. Pizza Hut still kept her job for her hoping that some day she may return.

Sherry was very much a home body and loved to cook for her family. She was an outstanding cook. Her family was the joy of her life and she loved each and every one of them very much. She was a loving daughter, sister, mother, and friend that will be truly missed.

Surviving is her mother Jane Wheeler, her six children, three sons and three daughters; Michael Wheeler and his significate other Kayli Ryel, Mikka Wheeler, Calvin Wheeler, Mercedes Wheeler, Miranda Wheeler and significate other Tony Montez, and Caylie Wheeler, one grandson Nolyn Wheeler; three brothers, Bernard Wheeler II and his wife Adreanne, James Wheeler, and John Wheeler and his wife Shasta.

Sherry was preceded in death by her father Bernard Wheeler Sr., and her grandparents.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Sherry Ann Wheeler Memorial with Fairview Funeral Home, Inc acting as custodian.
