Frank Curtis Nightengale
August 9, 1950 - June 2, 2015

Funeral Services for Frank Curtis (Butch) Nightengale, 64, of Fairview, will be Saturday, 10:30 a.m., June 6, 2015, at the Church of God in Christ Mennonite with burial to follow in the Cedar Cemetery. Reverends Dale Becker and Randy Levings and Deacon Clark Boehs will officiate. Arrangements are by the Fairview Funeral Home Inc.

Frank Curtis (Butch) Nightengale was born August 9, 1950 to Donald F. and Lois A. (Haynes) Nightengale in Enid, OK. He passed away very unexpectedly the afternoon of June 2, 2015 at his home.

Frank was a gentle man who left for us a legacy of generosity, kindness and integrity. He was always willing to help when there was a need, often anticipating it ahead of time. His sense of humor spiced our lives.

He did not like the limelight, but was always interested in the lives of others, and made many friends in his career as owner of Frank's Country Kitchen.

He married me, Phyllis Koehn, on July 19, 1981, and to this union was born two sons. Frank was a loving companion and a good father to his sons and will be greatly missed.

Frank leaves to mourn his passing, his beloved wife, Phyllis of the home, two sons, Jonathon and wife Cassie of Oklahoma City, OK and Kelly Nightengale of Fairview, Ok, two sisters; Pat and husband Ervie Smith of Hardingsburg, IN and Marla Koehn of Montezuma, KS, one brother Gary Nightengale and wife Cindy of Longdale, OK and a host of friends and relatives.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Memorial contributions can be made to Vacation Bible School, MAGB or Loaves and Fishes with the funeral home acting as custodian of the funds.
