Bethel Cemetery


A private family memorial service for Charles “Charlie” David Kluckner, 47, of Enid, will be at a later date. He was cremated at his request. Arrangements are by Redinger Funeral Home, Seiling.

He was born Feb. 20, 1960, in Fairview to Alva Howard and Flossie Christina White Kluckner and died Saturday, March 10, 2007, at his home following a long illness.

He was raised on the family farm southwest of Fairview and attended Fairview schools and Fairview vo-tech.

He married Sherry Fisher Sept. 4, 1983, in Fairview. He moved to Enid in 2003. He worked in the oil fields most of his life. In 1991, he moved to Willow, Alaska, where he was a salmon fisherman on the Yukon River. He returned to the farm in 1995.

Surviving are his wife, Sherry of Enid; one sister, Barbara Collins of Altus; two brothers, Junior Kluckner of Custer City and Larry Kluckner of Longdale.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
