Ames Cemetery


July 30, 1836 - December 29, 1925

AGED MAN DIES

Harry Edward Doremus, aged 89 years, 4 months and 29 days, died at about 1 p.m. Tuesday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. D G Shreve.

He had been ill for a considerable time and his death was not unexpected.

Mr. Doremus had resided in this section and at Enid for many years.

Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock, Mrs. Wm. Bovel, pastor of the Lahoma and Concord Methodist Churches delivering the funeral sermon.

Interment was made in the Ames Cemetery.
