Interment followed in the Rubottom Cemetery.
Born June 13, 1946 at Fort Worth, Texas, the daughter of Robert and Lou
Faye Parker Freeman, she died Thursday, June 4, 2020 at her residence.
She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; children, Mark Melton, Kerri Neimeyer, Pat Neimeyer, Tammy Mitchell, and Carla Melton; sister, Myra Whitten; granddaughter, Charlie Neimeyer;
And her beloved
Survivors include her daughters, Tanga Smith of the home and Kavin
Vickery and husband Downey of Houston; brothers, Dan Melton and wife
Sonya of Highlandville, Missouri and Bobby Freeman and wife Kara of
Hearne; sister, Robbie Boaze and husband Michael of Mineola, Texas;
eight grandchildren, Nikki Hicks and husband Thomas, Krystal Keller and
husband Ricky, Chelsea Bruer and husband Clayton, Shannon Parker, Keely
Gilley, Austin Harn, Jim Barnett, and Josh Neimeyer and wife Amber; and
12 great-grandchildren, Graicee, Kason, and Tate Hicks, Colton
Vanderburg, J.J., Katie, Elizabeth and Lillian Keller, Cheyenne and
Dakota Neimeyer, and Mistee and Tyler Barnett.
Honorary
bearers were Shady Dale Baptist Church members and great-grandchildren.
