Interment with military
honors followed in the Rubottom Cemetery.
Born July 31, 1942 at Rubottom, the son of Raymond and Hazel Day Furrh,
he died Monday, December 17, 2018 at his residence.
Survivors include his wife, LeeAnn of the home; mother, Hazel Hyman of
Rubottom; brother, Pat Furrh, also of Rubottom; daughter, Jennifer
Sanchez and husband BB of Arlington, Texas; two sons, Joshua Meyer and
wife Jamie and Eric Meyer and wife Latoya, all of Ardmore; 11
grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews,
other relatives and friends.
Serving as pallbearers were Larry Hicks, Mike Parker, Ronald Rhoades,
Will Musser, James Blakley, and C.K. Kelley. Honorary bearers were Tommy
Harris, Frankie Rhoades, Joshua Meyer, Eric Meyer, and Pat Furrh.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the Rubottom Baptist Church, 30111 State Highway 32, Wilson, OK 73463.
