Graveside services for Wanda Ruth Thogmartin, 68, of Marietta, were held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, March 7, at Lakeview Cemetery, Marietta, with Rev. Lawrence Anderson officiating.

Mrs. Thogmartin was born August 14, 1933, in Fort Smith, Arkansas, the daughter of Robert Lee and May Guest Wall. She died Tuesday, March 5, 2002 in Valley View Regional Hospital, Ada.

A resident of Love County since 1967, she was a homemaker and also associated with the family business, Dale's Superette. She was of the Protestant faith. She and Dale William Thogmartin were married in 1949, in Porterville, California.

Survivors include her husband, Dale Thogmartin of the home; one daughter and son-in-law, Brenda and Al Tipton of Marietta; one brother, Earnest Wall, Porterville; one sister, Betty Lambert, Marietta; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sons, Allen Dale Thogmartin and Randall Lee Thogmartin; two sisters, and three brothers.

Honorary pallbearers were Chad Thogmartin, Nathan Thogmartin, Randall Brodie, Shawn Thogmartin and Neil Thogmartin.

Services were under the direction of Flanagan-Watts Funeral Home, Marietta.
