Graveside services for Peggy Teape, 65, were held August 16 at 10 a.m. in the Prague Cemetery. Officiating was Rev. L. J. “Scotty” Newton, Shawnee.

Born August 27, 1927, in Marietta, Mrs. Teape died August 13, 1993, in a Prague hospital. She was the daughter of Sidney and Virginia Mahan Starritt.

She married Bob Teape December 21, 1946, in Marietta. A resident of Prague since January 1, 1949, Mrs. Teape was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church, Prague.

Survivors include her husband, Bob Teape of Prague; two sons, Robby Teape and Chris Teape, both of Shawnee; a sister, Mrs. Marjorie Walling of San Antonio, Texas; and seven grandchildren.

Services were directed by Parks Brothers Funeral Home, Prague.
