Graveside services for Othell Thompson, 67, of Thackerville, were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 21, at Lakeview Cemetery, Marietta, with the Rev. Dwight Hawkins officiating.

Mrs. Thompson was born March 17, 1935, in Loves Valley, the daughter of Raymond Jack "R.J." and Lucille Catherine Mask Goldman. She died Monday, March 18, 2002, in Southbrook Health Care Facility, Ardmore.

She had made her home in Thackerville for the past two years, previously living in Joshua, Texas, for 30 years. She and Charles Thompson were married in Gainesville, Texas, on December 19, 1960. Mrs. Thompson worked in the cafeteria for the Joshua Independent School District before retiring in 1999. She was a member of the Calvary Chapel in Cleburne, Texas.

Survivors include her mother, Lucille Goldman of Marietta; husband, Charles Thompson of the home; three daughters and sons-in-law, Cheryl Hitt, Danna and Rick Clifton and Christy and Jason Amis, all of Marietta; and two grandsons, Tyson Clifton and Corey Hitt.

Mrs. Thompson was preceded in death by her father on February 14, 2002.

Services were under the direction of Flanagan-Watts Funeral Home, Marietta.
