Services for Tammy Wanette Solesbee, 33, of Udall, Missouri, were held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, August 28, at Flanagan-Watts Funeral Home Chapel in Marietta with the Rev. Joe Patterson officiating.
Mrs. Solesbee was born November 12, 1967, in Sherman, Texas, the daughter of Paul and Wanda Joy McAfee Shero. She died Wednesday, August 22, 2001, in Cox Medical Center South in Springfield, Missouri.
Mrs. Solesbee had been a resident of Udall for three months, previously making her home in Gainesville, Texas. She and Johnny Solesbee were married November 13, 1997, in Gainesville. Mrs. Solesbee was a teacher assistant. She was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include her husband, Johnny Solesbee of the home; her father and stepmother, Paul Sr. and Mary Ruth Shero of Azle, Texas; two sons, Christopher Shero of the home and Frankie Whitaker of Midwest City; a brother, Paul Shero Jr. of Denton, Texas; two sisters, Mary Paulett Strong of Burleson, Texas, and Donnia Lynn Harris of Azle; a stepfather, Perry Foster of Thackerville; parents-in-law, Marilyn Solesbee of Gainesville and Mike and Sue Solesbee of Udall, Missouri; and four stepsisters, Connie Cummins of Azle, Mary Bennett and Marlene Clawson of Waxahachie, Texas, and Sandy Hurley of Woodward.
Mrs. Solesbee was preceded in death by her mother, Wanda Joy McAfee on December 26, 1999; her grandmother, Barbara Johnson in 1996; and her grandfather, Frank Johnson in 1999.
Interment was in Mt. Zion Cemetery in Thackerville under the direction of Flanagan-Watts Funeral Home.
