Graveside services for Trenton Lee Shurbet, 4 days old, of Thackerville, were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, November 15, at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Thackerville, with Bro. Murray McMurray officiating.

Trenton was born November 8, 2001, in the Presbyterian Hospital in Plano, Texas, the son of Chris "Bull" and LaSondra Embrey Shurbet. He died Monday, November 12, 2001, in the Plano hospital.

Survivors include his parents; a brother, Tristan Shurbet of the home; his grandparents, Delmar and Gerri Shurbet of Thackerville, Don and Sue Patrick of Fort Worth, Texas, and Dickie and Nita Embrey of Gainesville, Texas; and great-grandparents, Velester Cain of Thackerville and Agnes Owen of Muenster, Texas.

Trenton was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Claud Cain, Claybourn Delmar Shurbet, Dora G. Shurbet, Everett Embrey, Norma Faye Embrey and Ray Owen.

Services were under the direction of Flanagan-Watts Funeral Home, Marietta.
