Graveside services for Clara Imogene Spence, 79, will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday in Lakeview Cemetery. Officiating will be Rev. Wayne Norvell, minister of the First Baptist Church, Crane, Texas.
Born April 27, 1913, in Love County, Mrs. Spence died September 30, 1992, in Pampa, Texas. She had made her home in Crane for 40 years before moving to Pampa in June of this year. She married Charles Ray Spence on November 21, 1931, in Marietta, and he preceded her in death in 1987.
Mrs. Spence was a member of the First Baptist Church in Crane, Chapter #816 Order of the Eastern Star, and a board member of the Crane Senior Citizens Center.
She is survived by three daughters, Geraldine Lovinggood and Edith Faye Hudson, both of Pampa, and Charlene Alexander of Odessa, Texas; two sons, Raymond Neal Spence of Farmington, New Mexico, and Billy Gene Spence of Magnolia, Texas; 16 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Services were under the direction of the Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors, Pampa.
