Graveside services for Ida Mae Pierce were at 11 a.m. April 13 at Green Hill Cemetery, Davis.
Mrs. Pierce was born February 17, 1902, at Kingfisher, Indian Territory, the daughter of Simeon and Sara Perkins Martin, and died April 11, 1995, in an Ardmore hospital.
She married Rufus Franklin Pierce November 24, 1917, at Kingfisher. They lived in Marietta for several years where they operated a photography studio before moving to Davis. Mrs. Pierce was a member of First Baptist Church, Eastern Star and Rebekah Lodge. She moved to Ardmore following the death of her husband on December 22, 1972.
She is survived by a son, Forrest Pierce of Ardmore; a daughter, Nell Shawver of Oklahoma City; a sister, Dee Dee Lallicker of Welch; seven grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren.
Services were directed by Harvey-Douglas Funeral Home.
