Services for Dortha Eloise McKinney, 81, of Lebanon, were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, January 15, in the Eastside Baptist Church with Jerry Couch officiating.
Mrs. McKinney was born June 30, 1921, in Perry, Arkansas, the daughter of James Washington and Margaret Alma Norfleet Black. She died Saturday, January 11, 2003, in Texoma Medical Center, Denison, Texas.
A Lebanon resident, she was a former resident of Marlow. Mrs. McKinney graduated from Marlow High School. She and Floyd Albert McKinney were married May 23, 1942, in Marlow. She was a housewife and a member of Eastside Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Floyd Albert McKinney of the home; a daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and Jerry Brown of Marlow; two brothers, Elmo Black of Duncan and Leroy Black of Marlow; a sister, Verna Peck of Marlow; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Mrs. McKinney was preceded in death by her parents; and two sons, Jerry Floyd McKinney and Jimmy Don McKinney.
Pallbearers were Robert Greer, Joe Greer, Harold Wilkes, L.V. Williams, Geroge Gallahar and Eugene Kirkes.
Interment was in the Marlow Cemetery, Marlow, under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home, Marlow.
