Services for Erma Fern Davidson, 65, were February 24, 1993, at 2:00 p.m. in the Farris-Feuerborn Memorial Chapel in Garnett, Kansas. Officiating was Chuck Kallous.
Mrs. Davidson was born October 4, 1927, the daughter of Arthur and Loretta Spears Watchous and died February 20, 1993, in an Ardmore hospital.
She was a nurses aide and married Warren Davidson November 24, 1946, in Garnett. They made their home on a farm in Linn County, Kansas, for 22 years before moving to Garnett. They had been residents of Marietta since 1984.
She is survived by her husband, Warren Davidson of the home in Marietta; nine sisters, Helen Carver of El Dorado, Kansas, Eleanor Norris of Wichita, Kansas, Geraldine Boyd of Cherryville, Kansas, Patricia Isom and Bonnie Trude of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Barbara Harris of Cottonwood Falls, Kansas, Mildred King of Lindale, Texas, Bertha Assay of Fort Worth, Texas, and Virginia Paredes of Austin, Texas; two brothers, Ted Watchous of Burlingame, Kansas, and Kenneth Watchous of Arkansas City, Kansas; and many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
Interment was in the Garnett Cemetery. Serving as casket bearers were Burton Brownback, Charles Parks, Melvin Smith, Gilbert Parks, Warren Harris, Marion Brownback, and Clinton Higley.
