Services for Robert Don Collins will be today (Friday) at 2:00 p.m. in Watts Memorial Chapel, Madill, with Rev. Ivy Henson officiating.

Born June 21, 1947, in Madill, the son of J.D. and Essie Collins, Mr. Collins died February 11, 1991, in an Ada hospital following a brief illness.

He was raised in the Ardmore area and married the former Kim McGill of Marietta on July 16, 1982, in Ardmore. Mr. Collins was employed with T.G.&Y. for 12 years, working in the Ardmore, Pauls Valley and Madill stores. He had also worked for several years in Houston, Texas. At the time of his death, he was employed by Orscheln Farm and Home Supply in Ada. He had moved to Ada two weeks ago.

Mr. Collins was a 32nd Degree Mason, receiving his Scottish Rites with the McAlester Masonic Lodge. He was a member of the Ardmore Lodge, Chapter #31, and the Pentecostal Holiness Church.

He is survived by his wife, Kim Collins of the home in Ada; three sons, Robert Duane Collins of Gainesville, Texas, Robert Don Collins, Jr. of Oklahoma City, and Jerry Collins of the home; a daughter, Lela Collins of the home; a grandson, Justin Collins of Gainesville, Texas; his parents, J.D. and Essie Collins of Ardmore; and a brother, Charles Collins of Ardmore.

Interment will be (in) Oakland Cemetery with Masonic graveside rites arranged by Ardmore Lodge #31. Pallbearers will be Choc Gunter, Curtis Peoples, Charles Collins, Jr., Ricky Peoples, Denzil McGill, and Ray Scott. Honorary bearers will be Dall Peoples, Ricky Peoples, Jr., Frank Peoples, Lonnie Mayes, and Charlie Pruitt.

Arrangements are under the direction of Watts Funeral Home, Madill.
