Graveside services for Marion Browning, 70, were Sunday at 3:00 p.m. in Smithfield Cemetery in North Richland Hills, Texas.
Mr. Browning was born May 17, 1923, in Lohn, Texas and died January 14, 1994, in a Bedford hospital. He was the son of Bud and Addie Browning. Mr. Browning was raised at Thackerville and graduated from Thackerville High School.
A retired salesman, he had lived in North Richland Hills for eight years, previously making his home in Irivng, Texas. Mr. Browning was an avid golfer. He was a member of Plymouth Park Baptist Church in Irving and Masonic Lodge 942 in Fort Worth.
Survivors include two daughters, Marian Fowler of Keller, Texas, and Gerri Cain of Arlington, Texas; two sons, Terry Browning of North Richland Hills and Tony Browning of Hurst, Texas; his father, Bud Browning of Thackerville; two sisters, Marlene Holton of Thackerville and Kathleen Criswell of Ardmore; 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Services were directed by Donnelly's Colonial Funeral Home in Irving.
