Services for Billy Roy Baker were Friday at Lakeland Baptist Church in Lewisville, Texas, with Rev. Ben Smith officiating.

Mr. Baker was born January 4, 1930, in Sanger, Texas and died suddenly at his home at Lewisville on April 12, 1995. He was the son of Carroll and Coleynne Terrill Baker.

Mr. Baker served in the U.S. Air Force and worked as a data processing manager. He was a member of Lakeland Baptist Church, Lewisville. Mr. Baker and the former Eloize Bragg were married September 16, 1950, in Ardmore.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Eloize Baker; a daughter and son-in-law, Beverly and Forrest Crowder of Double Oak; a sister, Evelyna Harberson of Copper Canyon, Texas; uncle, Frank Lee Terrill of Dallas, Texas; aunts, Vida Ruth Simmons and Jay Hill of Marietta; and two grandsons, Justin and Chris Crowder.

Burial was in the Sanger Cemetery, Sanger, Texas, with Mulkey Mason Funeral Home, Lewisville, in charge of arrangements.
