Herschel Dean Peery of Marietta, OK, was born on July 24, 1969, in Fort Worth, TX, to Herschel “Bub” and Virginia Mae (Grice) Peery. He passed away suddenly on Monday, August 24, 2026, at the hospital in Marietta, at the age of 57.

On July 10, 2011, Herschel married the former Brenda Jean Hughes at Lake Murray. Together they built a loving home filled with family and memories.

Herschel was preceded in death by his mother, Virginia Mae Peery, and his daughter, Ashlee Peery.
