Arthur Ervin Frazier, formerly of Marietta, Fort Worth, Texas, and
Orlando, Florida, passed away on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, in Winter
Park, Florida.
Born on May 23, 1941, to Otto S. Frazier and Eunice Morgan Frazier,
Ervin graduated from Marietta High School in 1959 and from Oklahoma
State University in 1963 with a degree in chemical engineering. He
worked primarily in the petroleum industry.
Ervin was known for his kindness and generosity. He was a kidney donor
who was proud to be able to give the gift of life to his brother. He
loved to travel, having visited Europe, Russia, China, South America,
Zambia and South Africa among other places. He was a dedicated volunteer
for Meals on Wheels in Seminole County, Florida, and a faithful member
of Tuskawilla Presbyterian Church in Oviedo, Florida, where a memorial
celebration of his life is scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday, April 13.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Nancy Ellen
Siller; brothers, Clyde, Clint, Erskin, Wayne, and Otto Jr.; and
sisters, Cora Mae Drennan and Irene Colston McKissack.
Survivors include his devoted wife Lynn (Marilyn) Frazier; loving
stepchildren, Amy Seymour (Jeff Haney) and Michael Seymour (Ashley); and
grandchildren, Isaac Haney and Olive Seymour.
A graveside service is scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 3 at
Morgan Rest Cemetery near the Simon community of Love County.
Visitation
will be held from 7 until 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 2 at Flanagan-Watts
Funeral Home, Marietta.
