Cemetery, Leon.
Born April 16, 1914 in Foreman, Arkansas, the daughter of Harvey and
Josie Reels Kirk, she died Thursday, November 29, 2012 in Lake Country
Nursing Center, Marietta.
In addition to her husband, she was also preceded in death by her
parents; a son, Bill Cooper in 1999; a daughter-in-law, Betty Gordon in
2007; two grandsons, Farran Cooper in 1979 and Brent Howerton in 1995; a
great-granddaughter, Macy Gordon; four brothers and a sister.
She is survived by her son, Johnny Gordon of Jimtown; a daughter and
son-in-law, Charlene and David Howerton of Jimtown; a daughter-in-law,
Carolyn Cooper also of Jimtown; 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren
and several great-great-grandchildren.
The family has requested memorial contributions be made to Cross Timbers
Hospice.
