He died 18 December 1941 in Love County.
He was buried in the Burneyville Cemetery.
He had married Allie Pearl Tinsley 18 January 1926. 
      
Dennis & Allie had Virginia Louise Williams born 2 February 1933 in Marietta, Love, Oklahoma, USA.
She died March 1938 in Burneyville, Love, Oklahoma, USA and is buried in the Burneyville Cemetery, Burneyville, Love, Oklahoma, USA.        

Dennis & Allie had a son, James Donald Williams, born 16 September 1937 in Marietta, Love, Oklahoma, USA.
He died 27 September 1937. He is buried in the Burneyville Cemetery.

He died the same day. He is buried in the Burneyville Cemetery.

He died 25 August 1970 in Marietta, Love, Oklahoma, USA and is buried in Lakeview Cemetery.
He married Fannie Bethel Myrtle Caldwell 2 January 1927.
