Services for Marilyn Kay Watts, 63, of Lebanon, were held at 10 a.m., Thursday, October 27, in the Flanagan-Watts Funeral Home Chapel, Marietta, with the Rev. Jeremy Parham officiating.

Interment was in the Lakeview Cemetery, Marietta.

Born July 2, 1942, at Prague, the daughter of Kenneth E. and Mildred Geneva “Connie” Conaway Riley, she died Tuesday, October 25, 2005 at her residence in Lebanon. A resident of Marietta most of her life, Mrs. Watts graduated from Marietta High School in 1960. She and Doyle Watts were married December 25, 1998, at Gainesville, Texas. Mrs. Watts had retired as a purchasing agent for a major clothing manufacturer, having been employed by Marietta Sportswear for a number of years.

Survivors include her husband, Doyle W. Watts of the home; two sons and daughter-in-law, Barry Dean of Round Lake Beach, Illinois and Russell and Tracy Watts of Newcastle; a daughter, LeAnne Yarberry of Dickson; a sister and brother-in-law, Kathy and Joe Grotte of Gainesville; eight grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.  

She was preceded in death by her parents.

 Pallbearers were Nathan Dunson, Mike Lawler, Weldon Turner, Bruce Collins, Bob Newcomber and Walter Lake.
