Mr. Hull was born January 9, 1924, at Oswalt, the son of Mose and
Maggie McGough Hull. He died Saturday, July 6, 2002, in Mercy Health
Love County, Marietta.
Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law, Gary C. Hull of
the home, Larry C. and Brenda Hull of Shady Dale, Terry W. and Lorri
Hull of Overbrook; one brother, William “Chick” Hull of Marietta;
two sisters, Lilly Coyle of Marietta and Hazel Goins of Milburn; six
grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; and a very special friend,
Rosalie Bennett of Marietta.
Mr. Hull was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Johnny Lynn
Hull on March 31, 1978; a grandson, Mark Alan Hull on September 15,
1991; five brothers and two sisters.
Serving as pallbearers were David “Deuce” Hull, Jr., Dale Hull, Mike
Morton, Elray Coyle, Mike Hull, David Hull and Mitch Hull. Honorary
pallbearers were Wayne Allison, Don Hull, Bernadine Freeman, E.L.
Morton, Wesley Vanoy Hull, Danny Hull and Judy Lafitte.
Interment was in the Lakeview Cemetery, Marietta, under the
direction of Flanagan-Watts Funeral Home.
