Interment was in the Lakeview Cemetery, Marietta.
Born June 15, 1915, at Oswalt, the son of W.C. and Emma Knight
Faulkenberry, he died Friday, September 12, 2008 at his home.
He and Trudy Lang were married December 24, 1935, and she preceded him in death on November 20, 1977. Together the couple raised five children.
He and Ozelle Brewer Webb were married in April 1999.
Mr. Faulkenberry was a member of the Marsden Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Ozelle and her three children, Sharon,
Janet and Steve; three sons, Chestney Faulkenberry of Abilene, and
Larry Faulkenberry and Kim Faulkenberry, both of Marietta; a
daughter, Queta Faulkenberry of Marietta; a sister, Pearl Wallace of
Ardmore; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by a son, Lindon Faulkenberry; three
brothers and a sister.
Pallbearers were his sons and grandsons, Chestney Faulkenberry,
Larry Faulkenberry, Dale Faulkenberry, Thomas Faulkenberry, Chris
Faulkenberry and Lucas Reinhart. Honorary pallbearers were members
of his Sunday School class at Marsden Baptist Church.
